When analyzing the housing prices in the capitals, the report concludes that, in general terms, the most frequent price per square meter in the capital is reduced, but slightly, almost like a stability. Going into detail, we see how the maximum prices are reduced by 4% compared to 2016, standing at around €2,765 per square meter, and the same happens with the minimum, which are at €568 per square meter, 5% less than last year.
