Homiii plans to invest €300M to manage 4.000 rooms

Homiii, which operates on the rental shared housing market, expects to add 4.000 rooms to its current portfolio, which already has 300 rooms spread throughout 42 apartments in the Spanish capital. This acquisition will require an investment estimated at 300 million euro.

Increasingly more young professionals and students look for housing every year in Spain. And this need, pointed out in a market study, took Homiii to invest heavily in this sector. According to Eje Prime, the company owned by Excem will have a vast housing offer for this public in the main Spanish cities in a few years.
