The news was advanced this Wednesday, one day after the REIT’s entry into this market was approved, with a value of 8.36 euro per share, which represents a market capitalisation of 50.2 million euro.
A value-added strategy guides this REIT, which since 2017 has been acquiring real estate assets so that after rehabilitating them, it places them on the mid-term corporate rental market. The REIT’s portfolio currently has a total of 6 buildings, estimated at 35.5 million euro, five located in Madrid and one in Barcelona.
Home Capital Rentals will not be alone in this journey, VGM Advisory Partners will be its registered consultant and bank Banco Sabadell its liquidity provider, mentioned the release.
This is, according to MAB, the second REIT to enter this market this year.
