The lot is located in the Campo de Las Naciones zone, in the Vía de los Poblados 1,near the Cristalia Business Park. It is a tertiary enclave in Madrid outside the CBD with over 500,000 m2 of office development stock, distributed in three phases, and the Head Offices of numerous national and international corporations. The land acquired is the last available in the zone, and the construction of two office blocks is planned to be completed by the third and last phase in the development of the area.
Hispania plans the construction of an office complex of 56,000 m2 (33,124 m2 above ground level) and about 800 parking spaces, with Class A office blocks of the latest generation, united by a covered pedestrian walkway. Additionally, the complex will have green areas and a wide range of services: restaurants, cafés, a gymnasium, day care nursery and an auditorium, among other facilities. Hispania predicts that work will begin immediately and will be completed in the fourth trimester of 2018.
The SOCIMI informs that the complex will be built according to the highest standards of international quality, and allowing maximum flexibility for the buildings and layouts to be divided up or combined in the best way possible for a large corporate Head Office. The buildings will enjoy high visibility from both M-40 as from the M-11 and are well served by public transport.
This development, one of the most important to take place in Madrid in the next few years, will have the best levels of environmental certification, and LEED Platinum certification.
