Owned by the American fund and managed by CBRE, the shopping center of Barcelona will undergo deep renewal works that will begin this April, and should be finished by the end of the year.
Following the global retail trends, the 34,000 m2 of the shopping center will be remodeled and it will have a new "neighborhood square", as explains ASG. The idea is "to move from a traditional concept of shopping to an open space of shopping and leisure", mentions EjePrime.
