With this acquisition, Hermes II completes its purchase process after investing ca. €14 million in three operations: El Puente shopping center in Rojales, commercial floors in Isla Azul in Madrid and the most recent in Puerto Venecia.
The new acquisition was previously rented for an establishment of the American hamburger chain “Carl's Jr” in isolated buildings and a service of drive-thru and a service station of the gas automated stations Gasexpress. Both operators expect to open their stores before the end of the year.
Puerto Venecia is the largest commercial and leisure destination in Europe, with a commercial surface of 206,000 m². Purchase-sale and lease operations have been advised by InmoKing Real Estate, for properties, and by Delta Asesores for legal and fiscal level.
«We have carried out an excellent operation, in a commercial area of recognized prestige and magnitude and with a view to the future. Now we focus on identifying and working on new opportunities to create the Hermes vehicle», indicates the manager of Hermes Properties.
