The amount the company should pay for these two plots of land was not disclosed by daily newspaper Eje Prime which reported the news. But it is known that one of the terrains – with 18.000 sqm – is located in Madrid and the other – with 14.000 sqm – is located in Linares, and the company plans to build commercial parks on both.
The French company also has another plan for the hotel segment. According to the same newspaper, Heraclès is currently at the final stages of negotiating a 4 star hotel in Bilbao. It is not known the amount the company is willing to pay for the asset.
The company currently has a 2 asset portfolio in Spain. One of those assets in an office building at number 18 Calle Claudio Coelho, in Madrid. The other is the commercial park La Veja located in the Alcobendas municipality within the Madrid province.
