Virtual image of the future Tarragona shopping center 'Tarraco Centrum' promoted by Ten Brinke
The Dutch real estate company has finally decided to rule out a collective hotel and residential project in Pamplona due to the economic situation derived from the pandemic. The promotion contemplated an investment of 12 million euros on a plot of 32,000 sqm.
Ten Brike was awarded in January 2020 a plot of 32,068 sqm on Avenida de Zaragoza in Pamplona in a competitive process led by the public company Nasuvinsa. Ten Brike's project included the promotion of two hotels, a residential for the elderly, a student residence and a small commercial area. The plan to allocate 12 million euros to this development was divided into 10 million for land, and 2 million for construction.
Ongoing projects
Ten Brike develops residential and retail projects in the Spanish market, in addition to studying investments in logistics assets. The developer is currently promoting two large commercial projects in Tarragona and San Fernando (Cádiz). In the residential field, it develops luxury housing developments in various municipalities of Madrid and in the Alicante areas of Jávea and Moraira.
In addition, the developer has just started marketing the more than 37,000 sqm of Tarraco Centrum, in Tarragona. The center will complete the existing commercial offer in the area of influence and will focus on food, restaurants, sports and household appliances.
Founded more than one hundred years ago, Ten Brike is currently a promoter present in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal, England and Greece. The company has a business volume of more than 950 million euros.
