Habitat Inmobiliaria has closed the first quarter of the year with 400 presales. This figure confirms, according to the consultancy, the great demand for new construction housing existing today.
In addition, during the first three months of the year, the company has started the construction of nine promotions. All of them add up to 850 units distributed between Andalusia, Catalonia, the Valencian Community and Madrid.
The construction of these houses will involve a total investment of more than 190 million euros. It will also allow the creation of more than 2.000 jobs.
