The real estate developer plans to build a housing complex on it, an investment estimated at 91 million euro, according to Spanish newspaper Cinco Días.
231 new dwellings will be built in the 27.000 sqm buildable area of that terrain, as revealed by newspaper Cinco Días, in its print edition.
Last March, Habitat also announced an investment in this Spanish region, where it plans to build 40 houses for 10 million euro.
