This is a building that was once part of the former Almacenes Vilima, with an area of more than 5,500 square metres, situated at the confluence of the calles Lagar, Buiza and Mensaque. It will be the second building for the group in Seville, the first being H10 Corregidor, whose detailed characteristics are not yet known.
According to Spanish Real Estate, the new project will respect the conditions laid down by the Comisión de Patrimonio del Ayuntamiento of Seville in respect of its height and the fact that there are various elements which must be protected.
