The warehouses have a Prime location, next to the Riba-roja logistic hub,15 km away from Valencia and 10 km away from Maniese airport; it is 2 km away from the crossing between the A-2 and AP 7 and it has a direct connection to the A-3 which offers a privileged location concerning the movement of goods. The project will be BREEAM certified for sustainability, the most technologically advanced; flexibility in the available storage areas and dock ratio of 675 sqm/dock.
Construction works started on the second quarter of this year and are predicted to finish on the first quarter of 2020.
Grupo Lar is currently working on an expansion plan for its logistic platform with Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Malaga, Seville and the Basque Country as priority targets where it intends to invest around 250 million euro in two years. It is mainly looking for terrains with at least 30.000 sqm to develop logistic warehouses with a 20.000 sqm GLA.
