The newly created company already has an important amount of projects in an advanced state of due diligence.
With this alliance, Grupo Lar strengthens its bet in the logistic sector, where it has been present in the last few years through different investment vehicles. JB Capital Markets and Herbert Smith Freehills were the advisors for Grupo Lar in establishing the joint Venture.
