This is the real estate group’s second investment in the municipality, where it is finalising the construction of another development with 53 houses, fully sold, as informed by the company in a release. The recently acquired terrain has more than 15.000 sqm and 11.000 sqm of buildability.
The development, Jardines del Olivar, located at El Restón, is 20 minutes away from he capital. The project had been designed by architecture studio CBB to meet the growing demand for single family, efficient, sustainable dwellings with wide parcels for private use combined with open common green areas and ludic equipment.
The ground floor configuration will allow buyers the integration of residences generating open-plan spaces for the family. The group’s territorial director oversees the following of the growth plan in the Community of Madrid, where the group already has a further five single family housing projects under construction or development.
