According to Spanish Real Estate, the hotel is in the city’s historic centre, with its own shopping zone and events room. With this purchase, Eurostars Hotel Company now manages a total of 10 hotels and 1032 bedrooms in the four provinces of Galicia: A Coruña (Eurostars Ciudad de la Coruña, Eurostars San Lázaro, Gran Hotel Santiago, Exe Área Central, Eurostars Araguaney), Lugo (Exe Puerta de San Pedro, Gran Hotel Lugo), Ourense (Eurostars Auriense, Hotel Monumento Mosteiro San Clodio) and Pontevedra (Eurostars Mar de Vigo).
