The ceremony for placing the first stone took place last Thursday on the venture land, with several guests, including the City Council of Grândola or the Parish Council of Carvalhal.
This project will develop in an area of 10 hectares. The new luxury tourist resort, signed by the Living Comporta office, purposes to stand out for its natural dunes, gardens, swimming pool, spa or playgrounds, taking on the role as "a choice refuge in Comporta" that will "provide dream vacations for the whole family”.
Opening in 2020, La Réserve will have apartments, villas and luxury houses T1 to T5, intended to the first or second house and also with the possibility of seasonal lease, with capacity for more than 500 people in high season.
So far, Group Terresés already has 60% of the options in reserve.
