Located at the intersection between Manuel Pinto Azevedo street and Antunes Guimarães avenue, one of the buildings has a 2.600 sqm GLA, composed by 12 open space office fractions, with the possibility of joining full floors with modular spaces with between 200 and 400 sqm of GLA, besides two shops in the ground floor.
This building is being constructed by Ergicon – Engenharia e Construção, and should be concluded in November, and the fit-out works should be carried out in December.
Daniel Oliveira, the group’s manager of real estate projects, believes that this is «a differentiating building, with a project designed by the office of renowned architect José Carlos Cruz, with a unique location», he stated to Idealista.
Parking with a green roof
Next to this building, an underground parking lot with 3 underground floors and a total of 175 parking spots is being constructed. One of the highlights will be the green roof at street level, which will allow for the creation of a leisure area. This parking lot will be concluded next year.
