One of these projects is a 12-tourist apartment complex named Cambrils Chic Apartments, which should open soon and the other projects are two 4-star hotels which will feature swimming pools, restaurants and commercial areas. According to newspaper La Vanguardia, one of these units will be the already named 4.200 sqm Hotel Pósit, which will offer 67 rooms and should open in 2022. Finally, the future Hotel La Llosa will host a total of 90 rooms and is expected to open by the end of next year or at the beginning of the following year.
Consultant 3 Capital Real Estate and developer Elix are both involved in this project as advisor and developer respectively. The operation and management of these hotels will be done by Catalan Alegria Hotels, an expert on the field.
Group Natarent belongs to Kazakh entrepreneur Anatoly Popelyushko, who already owns a restaurant in the municipality and who, according to the same newspaper was awarded businessman of the year in his country by Ernst and Young in 2010.
