This office building also has outdoor parking, with 381 parking spots and an underground parking lot for 449 vehicles.
Consultants JLL and Savills advised the building’s purchase at Grosvenor’s request. The new owner can count with a stable rental cycle, since this space currently serves as CitiBank’s headquarters.
