Teatinos Residence has a total area of 10,872 m2 distributed in 5 levels, with a basement that exceeds 2,500 m2 and the rest between the ground floor and the remaining three.
The building has a total of 304 rooms with bathroom and kitchen, most of them for single use, and 322 beds. There are 17 single rooms with outdoor terrace for individual use and 10 rooms adapted for users with reduced mobility.
The common areas have been designed to offer the flexibility, privacy and promotion of social relations that students demand. Emphasizes the gym, the outdoor pool, the study rooms and the collective dining room. Has been designed a parking lot with 80 spaces in the underground plant.
