Greystar will operate Resa's 37 assets in its first investment in the country. Together with its strategic partners, the idea is to increase long-term investment in the Spanish rental market, including student residences, houses for young professionals or senior residences.
According to EjePrime, Greystar is on to opportunities in Madrid, Barcelona, but also in Lisbon, as well as other Iberian cities.
