According to Eje Prime, the final approval should be decided by the Community of Madrid.
This project – which had been shelved for almost two decades – includes the development of 10.476 dwellings, offices and retail spaces on a 2.3 million sqm terrain located North of Madrid. The complex’s construction works are expected to begin in 2021, according to the same newspaper.
