Goldman Sachs finances purchase of €63.7M terrain in Madrid

Premiering at Madrid’s luxury housing market, American investment fund Goldman Sachs financed the purchase of a terrain in the Spanish capital for 63.7 million euro, in which Spanish developer Uniq will develop a new project.

A new luxury residential development will be built in the terrain located at number 147.

Other funds and developers, such as Grupo Ibosa, Grosvenor, Pryconsa, Domo or Nozar were also interested in the deal, according to EjePrime.
