Henceforth, Valtenic and Ibertasa professionals – two of Gloval’s integrated companies, based in Seville since 1993 and 2004 respectively – will be working in a new space which will allow for the future expansion of the delegation.
The new offices, located in a historical building at Marqués de Paradas street –in Seville’s historic centre, between the Museo and El Arenal neighbourhoods – have an area of 500 sqm with sustainable lighting and insulation solutions. Gloval’s team in Seville, will keep offering their services to a large area which includes Andalusia, Extremadura and the Canary Islands to clients such as Repsol, Metrovacesa, Aena, Yudaya, Grupo Marchalomar, Inmobiliaria Osuna, Ferrimovil and Grupo AGQ Lab, among others.
For Roberto Rey, Gloval’s CEO, «the area serviced by this new delegation in Seville is highly strategic for our company, so that placing our local teams in a single space is a very important milestone in our plans to offer our clients a new proposition with added value, which besides the assessment services, also includes engineering and real estate consulting services».
