In detail, the gas company has sold the SOCIMI Zambal Spain, its Head Office in Madrid at Avenida de San Luis 77, for 120 million euros. The property has an area of about 32,000m² and 979 parking spaces.
In addition, an agreement has been reached with Ecke Inmobilien to sell them three buildings situated in the Spanish capital, more precisely at Avenida de América, 38; at the calle Antonio López, 193, and at calle Acanto 11-13.
Gas Natural, which will continue as tenant in these buildings on a rental basis, has achieved a net capital gain of 35 million euros with the deal.
The deal had CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield as consultants.
