One of the changes has to do with the centre’s expansion, according to Spanish magazine Centros Comerciales this Tuesday. Currently, the shopping centre has 40.000 sqm, and in the future it will have 59.500 sqm.
New spaces will be installed in this added area, cinemas, 14 restaurants, further accesses and an underground parking lot which will hold 2.200 vehicles.
This refurbishment will bring 1.000 new jobs to the Spanish city, according to the same magazine.
