According to EjePrime, the owners of Hotel Arts Barcelona offered their bids, which doubled and tripled the starting bid prices of some assets, through society Hotel de la Villa Olímpica. The current tenants can now match the selling price, if they so wish, but, out of those, only the parking management company should have the ability to do it.
The funds did not bid on the lots currently occupied by Repsol at Ronda Litoral and one other occupied by a McDonald’s restaurant.
