The Hotel Internacional, formerly owned by the Ascanio family, was acquired by a group from the Canary Islands, which seeks to convert it into a housing building with attics, studios and parking.
The new owners should carry out a full refurbishment and construct a housing development, as contemplated on the municipality’s Plan General de Ordenación (PGO).
The building has five floors with eleven rooms each which will be fully refurbished, but the height and sports and leisure areas and in the old laundry area, a parking will be built.
