Located in the Cuatro Torres Business Area, it’s led by Inmobiliaria Espacio (Promotions and Real Estate Espacio) along with Megaworld Corporation.
The operation had also the participation of Diego del Alcázar Benjumea, vice president of IE, and Leticia Moral, corporate director of Assistance, Quality and Innovation of Quirónsalud, representing the two main partners of the project.
The promoters of the project predict a total investment of €300 million, and that during its construction will create 864 jobs in Madrid and 1,559 in the whole Community.
Its design will consist of a vertical building of 165 meters and 36 floors that will house the campus of IE University, the first university campus in height of Spain, and a second horizontal building at the base with 4 floors and 20 meters high, where Quirónsalud Group will manage an advanced medicine center.
It will also become a commercial reference in the area, since it will have a wide commercial area and services with offer in fashion, catering and leisure, spaces for sports, art and culture. Large green areas serving the city and the citizens will complete Caleido.
