The Socimi has an investment target of €280M until be quoted on the stock exchange by the end of the year, and is devoted to touristic properties. At the moment, the 11 assets in which the group invested for a year and a half ago sum up an acquisition value of €137M, according to Expansión.
The Spanish newspaper explains that Eurosic made, in 2015, its first transactions outside France, with the purchase of property in Germany and three others in Spain. In December 2015, the French group completed the acquisition of a Hotel in Fuengirola (Málaga), a farm with over 12,600 square meters in Estartit (Gerona) and other building, to recover, at the Calle Bailén de Madrid. For these three properties, the French group disbursed €35M, as set out in the last accounts from Eurosic Investment Spain Socimi. Purchased yet two Hotels in Sóller (Mallorca) and other building located at Calle Atocha de Madrid.
Socimi has currently a capital of €96M, for which Eurosic has invested €70M, Euler Hermes and Allianz Invest Pierre (administrated by Immovalor Gestión) invested €25M of equity, and the management team invested €1M.
