The building in question was acquired at the end of last year for 3.5 million euro, and is located at number 8 Calle Acuerdo, in San Bernardo, Madrid. It has a total area of 1.729 sqm and will be managed by a specialised operator.
According to EjePrime, this purchase was closed using the REIT’s own funds, besides a 2.22 million euro loan from Bankia.
This year, Entrecampos does not predict carrying out any new operations.

This year, the company should invest around 3 million euro in a building it bought last April in Lisbon, for 5.8 million euro.
According to the same source, 25% was paid during the contract’s signing, 25% six months later and the remaining 50% will be paid this year.
