Spanish Real Estate explains that last February, Enforex acquired the main debt of the symbolic San Nicolás College, which was more than 14 million euros. Their objective is to recondition the property, applying a boutique hotel concept to a student residence for foreign students coming to Valencia.
Last June, the former centre for the Círculo de Bellas Artes de Valencia was bought, in the calle Cadirers, a small XVth century palace, at a price of 1,225,000 euros to convert it into their Valencia Headquarters, with 20 classrooms and communal areas. The company will soon acquire two historic buildings in the Plaza del Ángel, also in the El Carmen district.
Enforex – Don Quijote has been present in Valencia since the early 2000’s. Their present school is in the university zone and has a capacity for 600 students, many of them from abroad, and who want to learn languages.
