The idea is to take advantage of the good moment of the Spanish hotel investment, thus placing on the market these assets located in Madrid, Barcelona, Oviedo and Cordoba, in a total of more than 800 rooms. According to Expansión, this portfolio has already received several offers from interested investors.
Ayre currently has 10 hotels in Madrid, Valencia, Barcelona, Seville, Oviedo and Cordoba, and plans to reduce its portfolio by half as part of its divestment plan.
