Situated in the district of Los Ángeles, the lot has a total area of 3,569 m². Ebrosa’s plan is to build a residential building similar to those developing in other zones of Madrid, like Las Tablas and Sanchinarro.
The sale of this land is part of the 2013 plan, now coming to an end, on the part of the Ministry of Defence, for the sale of real estate assets, aiming to dispose of some of their urban land, rural properties and residential assets.
At present, the Ministry has two other lots for sale in the capital, more precisely in Alcalá de Henares and in Campamento.
