DUTCH FUND TO INVEST 125 MILLION EUROS IN THE SOCIMI of RENTA CORPORATION

Renta Corporation, a listed real estate company, created a new socimi last October which has not yet incorporated assets into its portfolio, explains Spanish Real Estate. With this new agreement,  Renta Corporation will receive three million euros annually for its management.
