The shopping centre was offered its highest bid following its insolvency, around six months ago, but the necessary financing was not secured, as confirmed by a source contacted by Negócios: «the buyer was unable to comply with the bid it presented, since it was unable to secure financing for the operation from Eurobic», quoted Idealista.
Again on the market, the former highest bid of 6.8 million euro is now the starting bid. Interested parties have until the 30th of April to submit their bids.
