This terrain has a buildability of approximately 5.000 sqm and is located in front of Google’s Madrid Campus, reported newspaper El Economista.
For Dazeo, this terrain can be destined for build-to-rent (BTR), both due to its location in the Madrid Río area and its buildability, since this area is attractive for young professionals seeking an alternative in terms of rental housing.
This operation was carried out at the end of 2020 and Dazeo was advised by CBRE.

The rental housing segment is currently one of the most resilient segments and has spiked investors’ interest».
Ofelia Nuñez, Residential Investment Director at CBRE, further revealed that «according to our predictions, investment volume within the rental housing segment should reach 2.4 billion euro at the end of 2020, becoming one of the few segments to improve the levels of investment when compared to 2019, and leading above other segments such as retail and offices».
