According to Eje Prime, the building – which is located at Calle Orense (48) and has 250 sqm – is now owned by G.Elías y Muñoz Abodados.
Real estate consultant Catella advised the transaction of the building which, according to the newspaper, was part of the REIT’s non-strategic portfolio.
