Cogress has already an office working in Madrid, at Calle Serrano 8, managed by Diego Gormaz. This is a real estate focused investment fund wishing to invest between €1 and €10 M per asset, that started by studying a first deal in Madrid and Málaga.
According to Spanish Real Estate, this fund approves its committee investments and the projects will move later to its digital platform, where they are presented to investors all around the world.
