The two logistic warehouses at Vila-Rodona (WH3 y WH1), which will be available starting January 2020 and the 15th of August, respectively, are located in a logistic park constituted by six independent buildings with a total combined area of 111.000 sqm, with wide independent switchyards and a shared entrance (permanent security service). The park has other occupants, such as ID Logistics/Privalia, CEVA, EGD-Nintendo, Westwing and Eurofred.
The two assets have GLAs of 20.010 sqm and 10.165 respectively, and were built following the highest quality standards. Both have an 11 meter headroom, 28 and 12 loading docks respectively and parking for cars and lorries. Additionally, both have battery charging rooms and offices with 750 sqm and 498 sqm each.
The asset El Pla de Santa Maria will have a total area of 41.000 sqm, the capacity to host one single tenant or two 20.500 sqm companies. It will be available starting March 2020, although there is the possibility of an early access starting November this year.
