The warehouse, with a concrete structure and LED lighting, has 17.584 sqm, of which almost 900 sqm will be for offices. It also has 22 loading docks. The area will be divided into two modules, although it is possible it will be divided into four. The platform has connections, through motorways A-2, M-100, M-108, M-118, to Madrid, which is 35 km away.
The logistic building will seek to obtain a Very Good BREEAM environmental certificate.
«It is a pleasure to begin the marketing of this logistic platform, located within a strategic enclave in terms of connection to other important parts of Spain, such as Madrid and Barcelona. Besides, its technical characteristics and the ability to be divided into different modules, will offer its future tenants a differentiated value», added Alberto Larrazábal, national director for Industry and Logistic at CBRE España.
Jean- Bernard Gaudin, national director of Industry & Logistics España at BNP Paribas Real Estate, remarked that «the project developed by Innavia will be a cutting-edge alternative in terms of logistic buildings for operators who need to be within the Community of Madrid, in a consolidated environment for logistic activities and with competitive rents».
