According to Expansión, Catella already has an agreement with the promoter Activitas to begin the development 191 fractions for lease in Valdemoro, next to Infanta Elena Hospital, in a turn-key investment of €25 million, operated through Catella European Residential.
In addition to this development, Catella expects to acquire 171 houses of rent control in Villaverde next year, reaching the 1,000 fractions in the portfolio, at a time when the market expects that the demand for the rental will continue in the coming years, along with a shortage of quality supply.
