Catella completes four transactions for 84 million euros in its first year

The commercial asset has a GLA (Gross Lettable Area) of 12,400 m2. The company acted as consultants in the negotiations and the purchase agreement to the Belgian promoter and investor Mitiska REIM, carrying out the management of the asset after the purchase for Mitiska.

Similarly, Catella AM has acquired three residential properties in Madrid and Barcelona representing the Fondo Catella Wohnen Europa.

The residential property in Barcelona is situated in the residential suburb of Poblenou with a surface area of 9,656 square metres constructed, composed of 59 houses, 66 parking spaces and 7 commercial properties. 97% of the lettable area is occupied. The second property is in the Madrid suburb of Barajas, five minutes from the airport and twenty minutes form the centre of the capital, with a surface area of 7,306 square metres, 82 houses and 82 parking spaces, with an occupancy rate of 95 % at the time of writing.

On the other hand, the third residential property is in the Calle Génova in Madrid with a surface area of 4,456 square metres with 24 apartments, 24 storage spaces, 29 parking spaces and one commercial property. The building has a current occupancy rate of 85%.

In addition to the facilitation of the three operations, and participating in the purchase, Catella AM will also undertake the management of the assets.
