The real estate consultants Catella and Borneo Advisors have advised Colonial with the lease of 2.025 sqm within the building located at calle Puerto de Somport, 8 de Las Tablas (Madrid). The area will be occupied by Santogal, Ferrari’s official dealer in Madrid. The contract includes 33 parking spaces out of the 370 available.
The asset in which the new Ferrari dealer will be located, a project by Ortiz y León Arquitectos, with four floors and a surface area of 9.280 sqm, was built in 2011.
«This operation is a clear example that offline sales are still necessary for certain products, where the physical shopping experience is and will continue to be key», says Carlos Álvarez de Toledo, Colonial's space advisor manager.
Ignacio Frías, director of the Catella Offices Agency, assures that «there is latent demand in the market, and if the situation of the pandemic improves as expected, in the coming months we will see quite a few operations».
