The news is reported by Spanish daily newspaper Eje Prime, which further informs that Talent Garden is the current tenant of the building located in Madrid’s CBD (Central Business District). The 5 floor building is located at number 15, Calle Juan de Mariana, it has 3.600 sqm and 59 parking spots which occupy 2.000 sqm.
The acquisition of the Juan Mariana 15 building is part of the «group’s real estate investment strategy focused on acquiring office buildings located in prime areas in Madrid and Barcelona», revealed the Spanish insurance company’s deputy general manager Elena Nabal to the same newspaper.
Catalana Occidente had the legal advice of Cuatrecasas. Kcre was advised by Savills Aguirre Newman, in terms of real estate and had the legal support of Araoz y Rueda.
