Catalana Occidente buys buildings in Barcelona for €90M

<p>Catalana Occidente has reached an agreement with the groups Castellví, Stoneweg and 1810 Capital to purchase Luxa Silver and Luxa Gold, in the 22@ district of Barcelona for €90 million.</p>

These buildings will be the future headquarters of Amazon and WeWork. The first, known as Luxa Silver, has a surface area of 10.000m², while Luxa Gold has 7.000m².

According to Spanish Real Estate, the complex is under building work, which is due to be completed in the first quarter of 2018.
