Bahía Sur, owned by Castellana Properties
Castellana Properties, has signed with the international chain of Primark stores the opening of a new establishment in Bahía Sur (Cádiz), which inauguration is scheduled for the end of this year.
The opening of Primark, which will occupy a total commercial area of more than 3,000 sqm, is part of the remodeling plan for Bahía Sur after the acquisition of El Corte Inglés in 2019. Following this operation, Castellana Properties has allocated more than 17 million euros to the rehabilitation and remodeling of this shopping center with the aim of keeping it as a reference in the province of Cádiz.
This opening adds to the 11 establishments that have been inaugurated or renovated in this center during the past year and that have made it possible to improve and increase its commercial offer. This is the case of Espaço Casa, with an area of 1,120 sqm and which will open its doors next March, the Yelmo cinemas with seven Premium theaters, the largest Zara in the province of Cádiz and a Lefties store. Likewise, the arrival of Primark reinforces Castellana Properties' commitment to active portfolio management, which increases the commercial mix and offers the best services to its clients.
