The group, owner of the K-tuin electronics chain, will lease the building it acquired a few months ago from the Bank, previously owned by the Bank of Valencia, preferably to a single tenant, taking advantage of the demand and lack of supply of buildings of this size in the region.
According to the newspaper Levante, the operation includes the store on the ground floor, occupied by CaixaBank.
