The 1.000 sqm office building is located at Calle Roc Boronat in Barcelona. It has 3 floors and was fully refurbished in 2017. It also has 300 sqm of terraces with outdoor spaces on each level, 3 kitchens, gym, showers, elevator, meeting rooms and board room, mentioned 22HQ on its official webpage.
Sam Friend founder of 22HQ told newspaper Expansión, which advanced the news, that «we are very happy with the transaction and with selling the building to a local family office, which has a deep knowledge of the city and the district, which reinforces the importance of the operation». 22HQ was advised in this operation by Bård Investments and had the legal support of Exnovo Performing Value.
For the Barcelona family office this is the not first operation to be concluded in the city this year. In March, for example, it purchased buildings Med I and Med II for 25 million euro from asset management company Partners Group.
