The building is located at nº7 Calle Vía de los Poblados. Banco Sabadell or Sandra Ortega were also interested in their purchase, and have offered €33 and €38 million for the asset, with different conditions.
According to EjePrime, the placement of this asset in the market comes at a time when Duro Felguera has until April 15 to reach a debt restructuring agreement of more than €900 million.
